RESTAURANG LOUIS
Söderhallarna,
Medborgarplatsen. Louis has through the years worked its way
up to one of the nicest jazz clubs of Stockholm. Very simple,
they only put effort in what is most important: the music.
Foremost a place for listening and having a drink, but there
is also a small dance floor. Free entrance.

ECKERÖLINJEN
Each week there is a popular sunday dance at seas. The
boat leaves Grisslehamn at 15.00 and gets back at 19.30. Find

A unique dance club where Lindy hop, Charleston, tap and related
dances are the only ones allowed. Young, hot and different.
Only live bands on the stage (no dead ones). Mariahissen.

LA SANTA SWING
This years most unusual and cool dance camp was held at the
vulcano island Lanzarote by the african coast. To the sport
resort Club La Santa came dancers from Europe and Jennie´s
swing band from Stockholm. The organiser was Rena from www.jumpnjive.co.uk.

SOCIETY
The dance club that trains the beginners and advanced Lindy
hop dancers and the club of some of the worlds best competing

ÅNGBÅTEN BLIDÖSUND
The finest thing you can do in Stockholm in the summer is
to go for a jazz ride with the old, original steamboat Blidösund.
In the basement coal is shovelled, in the kitchen steamboat
beef is being prepared and in the front the jazz band is playing.
The trip goes out in the archipelago or into the lake of Mälaren.
Stockholmers and tourists together. Departure from Skeppsbron

THE HERRÄNG DANCE CAMP
In july and august the worlds biggest dance camp for Lindy
hop, Boogie Woogie and tap is held. Dancers from all over
the world is totally changing the small village of Herräng.

play out doors in the Tour Parc. Winter time different locations

A fantastic dance competition in Lindy Hop and Boogie woogie.
The only one in Sweden where the couples dance to live music
